Warren and Debbie Hohenstein are a husband and wife team, owners of REO ADVANGE, INC specializing in selling Bank Owned Properties.

Warren has extensive background in the building industry which has given him the skills necessary to manage REO properties. Warren obtained his Real Estate License in 2007 and is responsible for property preservation and working as a Buyer Agent.

                 Debbie obtained her Real Estate License in 2000, after working in management for a manufacturing company for 25 years.  The 25 years of management experience has given her the people skills; communication skills, organizational skills, and the attention to detail required carrying out Real Estate transactions smoothly.

                Warren & Debbie understand that buying a home or any property may be on the largest investments someone can make. She is patient with her customers and clients and never tries to push anyone into making a decision they do not want to make.
